What’s the price show on your website?

The price on our website is retail price just not include the shipping cost. More information about shipping you can view shipping page. Ordering a custom made dress doesn’t need additional costs.

What countries do you deliver?
We deliver to anywhere in the world.

Which delivery company do you use? And what is the shipping cost?
We use UPS, DHL or TNT for all of our shipping to anywhere in the world. Shipping charges are calculated on the weight of the items for each separate order placed. In the case of a multiple item order being shipped to multiple addresses, shipping is applied per address and calculated based on the total weight of all items being shipped to that address.

Can I cancel my order and change wedding dresses after payment?
All orders cannot be cancelled over 24 hours after your purchase, as we will make the dress according to your own measurements after your payment, so we cannot change the dress and refund under any circumstances.
Thus please kindly confirm detailed info like dress item, color, size and other special requirements with us before your payment.

Will I be required to pay import duty by my country’s Custom House?
Based on our past experiences, most of the countries do not charge import duty on low volume personal import.

Can I place my order over the phone?
We do not accept phone orders. We require all orders in writing to avoid errors.

How long will it take until my wedding dress is delivered?
Normally, it will take us 15-20 days to make your wedding dresses, and another 5 working days to get to you. So the product can reach you about 25 days.

Do you provide alterations?
We also provide services of making this dress in your size, color, and design at no additional cost. If you’d like us to make this gown in different fabric or beading color, or you’d like us to make minor changes in dress style, please contact us first. One more week processing time is needed for dress made in custom design.
Dresses made in custom size, color and design are not refundable.

What if the store doesn’t have the design I want?
We can also make wedding dresses from pictures. If you can’t find a right style in our store, then you can email us herminiafesleryubl@yahoo.com the pictures of dress you want, and we can make replica for you.

When should I order?
Usually, you will receive your designed wedding dresses about 25 days after confirming your order you placed. So we suggest that please place your order one month before your wedding date to give us more time for re-confirming, making and shipping. Generally speaking, if you are urgent, please tell us, as we can also make the wedding gowns at a required time from you. But you need to pay extra fee.

Can I get discount when I order in bulk?
Yes, definitely! Purchase in bulk is always welcome!
Please contact us with more details such as styles and quantities so that we can offer you a best price to build our long term business relations!

Can I get extra fabric?
Yes, we have no problem to provide extra fabric, and a little additional charge may apply.

What is your Return Policy?
All our dresses are made according to your own measurements and colors. So after your purchase we cannot refund you under any circumstances. Please confirm your order, and before you pay, do assure that you will get the right one.
Please contact us within 24 hours after receiving your dress. Unless there are obvious quality problem, we cannot arrange any return and refund.
If we agree to refund, you need to ship the dress back on your own account and also pay 30% of the original amount as re-stock fee. We can only refund after receiving the returned dress in good conditions (We do not accept and refund the dress with any stains, changes etc.) And we won’t refund the shipping cost you paid before.
We offer FREE REPAIR on your tailor made dress! But you need to pay the shipping cost when sending back to us. We will re-ship the dress to you for free.
Also we cannot refund if there are any changes from the original picture you required and the measurements you offered. To avoid the wrong measurements, we suggest that you should find a professional tailor who can measure you correctly.
And we cannot refund because of color problem, as the color problem does not belong to the OBVIOUS QUALITY PROBLEM.

Please be informed that we cannot accept refund because of your words like “I have not seen this Return Policy, so I will not agree the above information, I need my money back”. All the orders you placed from Weddingdressesonline.us should obey the above RETURN POLICY.

How do I pay?
You can pay by Paypal.

Is there a charge for sales tax?
There is no charge for sales tax on all orders.

How do I measure?
For the dress fits you very much, we offer a measure method. All dresses will be custom-made to the exact measurements.

How will I be notified of my order status?
We contact our customers by email at various points of the order process. It is imperative the customer includes an email address on their order.
The first email is sent immediately after an order is submitted to confirm your order is in our system. The second is sent to confirm your measurement and shipping address. A shipping confirmation email will be sent when your order is shipped from our location and will include the tracking number.

What if my payment is declined?
Orders are not processed if the payment is declined. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact us if their payment is declined. We will then verify the payment status and instruct our customer to resubmit the order.

How can I check the status of my order?
